I can't sign in
Ask for a new code on the sign-in screen and check your spam folder. Codes expire, so use the newest one. If you set a password, tap Forgot password to reset it.
I deleted my account by mistake
Sign in within 30 days and tap Restore my account. See delete your account.
Where are my books?
When you're signed in, your library and your place in each book are kept with your account, and your EPUB and PDF files are too, up to your plan's storage, so another phone can read them. Audiobooks stay on the phone you added them on. In the app, Settings, Books in the cloud shows whether files upload on Wi-Fi only, on any connection, or not at all.
Cancel a subscription
On Android, cancel it in the Play Store: Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, Crease Reader. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Report a note or a person
Open the note or the person's profile and choose Report. You can block them from the same place. See our community guidelines.
